Marchesa is dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our couture and eveningwear collections. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the item in its original designer packaging, ensuring all security tags and brand labels remain attached to the garment.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
